The Platform’s policy desk that is managed by the Department of Strategic advocacy is the quality assurance gateway to all of the Platform’s work and our steadfast hope is that our mission should be guided with the principles of best practices adhering to the accepted standards. To keep this momentum striving, the Platform has had pooled its Human and physical resources to create, introduce and sustain workable Policies at the grassroots that can effectively support the working systems of the association as well as to sustain the minimum standards of workable relationships with the communities we work with. We have developed and put into practice the following policies with periodical staff orientation and training. They are Policies on Child Protection, Gender Mainstreaming, Staff Recruitment and deployment and the policy on Financing Terrorism and anti-social activities.
